B.E. Noel: Never Go Below the Bar

Art liaison and Gantt supporter B.E. Noel shares her path of involvement with the former Afro-American Cultural Center after moving to Charlotte in the late 80s. Noel stresses the importance of “culture keeping” and the work the Gantt continues to do to present, preserve, and celebrate excellence in the art, history, and culture of African Americans and people of African descent.
